PLC controlled “water saver” feature for final rinse – we set this feature up ourselves and programmed the PLC. It has eyes on the entry and exit conveyor and detects when the glass enters the washer and will turn on the final rinse water on the 3rd set of brushes for the duration that the glass is present in that area. It is also programmed to turn the conveyor off to keep the leading edge of the glass from going past the end of the exit conveyor. There are manual override buttons for the conveyor as well. The PLC programming files are on file and will be supplied with the machine.

This washer did have a Prestik control panel installed on it at some point it would appear like (or a Prestik sticker applied to the control panel?) it has been that way for as long as we have had it…
We have owned and operated the machine for 14 years – it is still a very solid machine despite its age!

We are also including the 3 old brushes that we just replaced as “cores” that could be re-bristled
Also included are 2 new brushes
We also have a Thormag 45KVA 3 Phase step down transformer (480V-230V) that we will include in case needed. (1700.00 value based on used transformers online)
